Caroline was born and raised in Hamilton and has returned to the city after completing her undergraduate degree in Halifax at Dalhousie University in 2014 and her law degree at the University of Ottawa in 2017. Caroline graduated from the University of Ottawa with distinction.
During her time at the University of Ottawa, Caroline developed her keen interest in criminal law as a research assistant for one of her criminal law professors and as an intern at an Ottawa-based criminal defence firm. She was also a legal research and writing fellow, which involved leading tutorials for first year students in their legal research course.
After completing her law degree, Caroline articled at Paquette Wilhelm LLP and was called to the bar in 2018.
Caroline represents clients charged with criminal and quasi-criminal offences.
